Why are the Fascist parties on the rise in Italy?

Fascism is on the rise in Italy. Two of the major fascist parties, Casapound and Forza Nuova did run for the 2018 elections. Although they didn’t have the numbers to enter the Parliament, they got nine times more votes than five years ago.
Forza Nuova in particular is also really active in their own territory and they are now campaigning for the European Elections that will take place the next 26th of May. Although they may not have the votes to get elected, they have nine times the voters they had 6 years ago.
But how serious is this rise and why are Italians still voting for them?
