Ali and Shezaan Chunara operate more than 70 Popeyes, Church’s Chicken, and Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Now their Chunara Food Group has signed on with Stoner’s Pizza Joint to open one of the quick-service pizza restaurants in Atlanta. The opening marks the brand’s first location in Atlanta.

The Chunaras say they were attracted to Stoner’s Pizza because of its high-quality recipes, simplified menu, delivery-focused revenue stream, and low overhead.

“We are excited to bring our operational experience and background to the Stoner’s Pizza family as we embark on opening the brand’s first flagship store in the Atlanta Market. We will deliver delicious, fresh, and custom-made pizzas, wings, and desserts with some unique ingredient options,” said Shezaan Chunara, vice president, Chunara Food Group.

Stoner’s Pizza is a delivery-focused concept where delivery and off-premises dining account for approximately 50 percent of total sales.
