The Power to Shape Your Reality Starts With You
How the meaning you assign to life’s moments defines your experience
As Tony Robbins once said, “Nothing has any meaning except the meaning we give it.” It’s a simple yet profound idea — one that echoes a core lesson from A Course in Miracles. In the early days of the course, you’re invited to rethink how you see the world. Day one asks you to look around and say, “This has no meaning for me.” On day two, it shifts: “I choose the meaning this has for me.” By day three, you’re left with a humbling truth: “I don’t know what this thing means to me” — and that uncertainty opens the door to possibility.
What ties these ideas together is a single, empowering realization: you are the one who decides what anything in your life means. You create mental “frames” around your experiences, and those frames color how you see the world. It’s a process that begins the moment you open your eyes each morning.
Think about it. Do you wake up, stretch, and declare, “It’s a great day!” — only to find things seem to fall into place? Or do you stumble out of bed, grumbling about being “on the wrong side,” and mentally prepare for chaos and frustration? The difference isn’t luck — it’s the frame you’ve chosen.
