SWMH2020 — Startup Weekend Mittelhessen Wrap-up

The weekend is over and overall SWMH was a GREAT success! 130 participants, 8 working groups, and 54 hours of concentrated startup experience: The # SWMH2020 was a complete startup experience!

According to the organization team “We are not only proud that we are the only ones in Germany in #mittelhessen who have had a startup weekend five years in a row, but also that we from the regional management team have hosted the only regional startup weekend in Germany this year!”

Despite the situation and the spontaneous rescheduling into a purely online event, the event was again able to gather many committed and motivated founders, mentors, speakers, jury members and startup enthusiasts — making the SWMH so what it is: A meeting point for synergies from innovation, creativity, expertise and fun!

The jury (Nora Schimang, Sophie Cyriax, Stefan Maas and Martin Lacroix) selected three winners:

2.Quicktaste (Mark Arnold & Beatriz Da Silva)

3.KittyPits (Joshua Becker)

We Frankfurt Valley were present and active mainly on Friday, with a Keynote from Pedro Ferreira on Business Modeling
