Dear Wee Pockets Day Care families,
Welcome to the final edition of our weekly Wee Pockets Day Care newsletter for spring 2019. As this is our last edition of the spring semester, there are a few big surprises below.
As always, we engaged in wonderful educational activities with your children all week long. Here’s a rundown!
On Monday the children talked about sharing and generosity, then painted giant pictures of their parents and wrote on them, “Our parents are the most generous, giving, sharing people we know!”
On Tuesday, in honor of National Candy Month, the children made posters and t-shirts with pictures of candy on them, saying “Nothing is as sweet as our generous, giving, sharing parents!”

On Wednesday we visited the firehouse and learned about heroes. So we made posters, t shirts, and clay sculptures of our parents, saying, “Our greatest heroes are our sweet, generous, giving, sharing parents!”
