Analysis of a Large and Complex Information System in a Global Organization

Throughout this project, we got to research the process and change management required for implementation and change in the information infrastructure. We exemplify this through a case study of a multinational organization and its implementation and subsequent upgrades of ERP-systems.

Here the notion of complexity and socio-technical systems are central through our qualitative study focusing on technologies and its effects on use.
