Don’t need extra income? 5 reasons to support Freeos anyway.
Reason 1: Change the World.
The bigger the economy, the more substantial the value and the more impact for others.
Some cryptocurrency UBI projects earn participants a cup of coffee per week.
Not exactly lifechanging, right?
Maybe not for those reading this article, but actually that same money can make a significant difference in some people’s lives.
A system, such as Freeos, aims to create far more value per week, but this requires a strong network effect to create value.
So, joining benefits the network, which benefits others and this has potential to change people’s lives for the better.
I bet—knowing this—that a Freeos-earned coffee will taste so much sweeter now.
Reason 2: Experiment without burdens.
Imagine a type of stable, democratic, Basic Income on a mass scale without government taxes funding it.
Unimaginable? Look at the rise in the cryptocurrency market to see that this type of idea is not in the realm of fantasy any longer.
Digital technologies allow for new models that can sometimes be revolutionary (tech industry calls this “disruptive”) in their reach and scope. Blockchain allows us to rapidly experiment with economies which have been historically very difficult to experiment with.
Joining helps push this experimental economy along. At the very least, we will have knowledge of what worked, what didn’t and likely some good insights into why.
And it is never a bad thing to let our economic systems have a few backup models—just in case our traditional systems buckle unexpectedly.
Reason 3: Diversify your investments.
Get a foot in the door with cryptocurrencies with minimal effort and low (or even zero) cost to yourself.
The new tools and tech we are using makes it easier then ever to adopt and use cryptocurrencies.
No need to find out how to purchase some crypto to trade it for Freeos. Simply earn Freeos. And if you like, trade it for other crypto.
At least you’ll have some knowledge ready for the possibility that all national currencies may switch to cryptocurrencies.
Reason 4: Give to Givers.
An easy way to give—for free—to charitable organisations.
Just join, and vote weekly to earn some Freeos. Even if you don’t care for it, there are plenty of charitable organisations, Non-profits etc. that would.
So donate your Freeos earnings and enjoy that extra spring in your step that a simply exercise in basic democracy allowed you to have a bit more to give away freely.
Reason 5: Make History.
A Self-Governed Cooperative Income has never been done before. This is not a typical UBI that is akin to a simple, self-directed “hand-out”.
FREEOS is a “hand-in-hand-out”. It requires cooperation. It requires stewardship. It also requires adoption.
