Empathy means being in the mentee’s shoes to provide more supportive and relevant guidance.

Clear Communication involves conveying expectations, feedback, and suggestions clearly and concisely, tailoring the message to the mentee’s level.

Collaboration in working together to set goals, identify improvement areas, and develop growth strategies

Recognition and Appreciation involve acknowledging the mentee’s efforts, progress, and achievements to boost their confidence and motivation.

Respect is all about treating the mentee with dignity, valuing their contributions, and acknowledging their strengths.
