FREEVERSE announces partnership with DroyzToys
FREEVERSE is delighted to announce a new partnership with Droyz Toys, the first European startup to design PHYGITAL FIGURES. Living Asset™ NFT technology will add on chain verifiable digital ownership to each Droyz phygital figure.
Barcelona, November 16th — Barcelona-based startup, Droyz, has just announced the launch of their project Droyz Toys, creating “phygital’’ customizable figures with a digital twin that can be authenticated and validated by an NFT. Droyz is working in partnership with Freeverse as the NFT platform to bring this idea to consumers thanks to the changeable properties of their Living Assets (NFT 2.0).
Founded in 2021 by Max Piedra and Ricardo Díaz, Droyz is the first European startup to design and produce customizable figures with an equal focus on Web3. Droyz Toys are hybrid products by design, from the start linking a figurine with its own digital twin, which will be authenticated and validated by an NFT certificate and a unique QR code for each figure. Each figurine and its digital twin will be equally customizable. Furthermore, in the Droyz App owners will have access to the Droyz Universe, DroyzVerse; an AR viewer; the Droyz Characters library, customizations, and more options. The first collection will be “Nightmare”, a limited edition Halloween-inspired collection of Dracula, Cthulhu, The Mummy, and Werewolf. The option to pre-order the limited edition figurines through the Droyz website is already available, and their digital twins are planned for launch early next year.
