Let’s kick-start your weekend on a meaty note we have chicken, fish and duck all cooked in exotic spices and bursting with unique flavours. Below are few dishes you just can refuse. Some cooked in their traditional and classic spice mixes, some with exotic twists we call out every meat lover and indulge in the very best making Sunday, Yumday!

  1. Adobo Spiced Grilled Chicken: Adobo is a Latin-American spice mix which is used as a rub or marinade to enhance the flavours. In our version, chicken is dusted with a Latino Adobo spice mix (made of chilli, fresh mint, cilantro, onion, black pepper and lemon) and grilled to perfection. Served on a bed of Mexican rice with a portion of green veggies. Try this exotic dish before it runs out!
