…And We Did it Again! Culinary Masterclass with Freshmenu
After a successful Kid’s Masterclass, FreshMenu held it’s first Culinary Masterclass today for the young budding chefs aged between 15–21 years. Here is a low-down on the event!
Chef Cedric and Chef Jeethu-all geared up for the session.

An enthusiastic bunch of 12 young boys and girls came to learn tricks of the trade. We were amazed with the excitement and the curiosity displayed by these young guns. And their drive to learn the art is electrifying!

The event kicked off with the Dessert session. Chef Jeethu taught basics of using a knife and safety tips while chopping fruits and veggies.


…He helped the participants assemble a delicious Baked Yoghurt with Mango and Green Apple Jam. It tasted so yummy that one exclaimed, “This is so easy! I think my Sunday evening is set.”


Youngsters getting their hands on the dessert and this scrumptious sweet delight is off to the oven. Some were also seen discussing their future options with respect to the Culinary world with Chef Jeethu.

Participants also got a chance to meet our Founder and CEO Rashmi Daga and their curiosity reached a fever pitch. Learning straight from the Founder made the atmosphere even more lively!
All in all this was one-of-a-kind event which helped us expose the nuances of cooking with the budding chefs and help them choose a wiser and focussed career option.
