Around the world in chocolate
India
Chocolate mysore pak, anyone? The traditional royal dessert has quickly been adapted to a variety of flavours, including a chocolate Mysore Pak that you’ll find at most sweet shops. Like it or hate it, it’s here to stay.
Mexico
We can’t not mention the Mexican mole, of course (watch out for our own version). Chilli and chocolate sound like just the perfect contrast and the right kind of challenge to our tastebuds.
Norway

France
You’ve gotta tip your hat to the French — they know their chocolate. Try the mocha pots-de-creme here.
USA
Mississippi Mud Pie
You’ve probably seen these around even in cafes around town — and for good reason, because the Mississippi Mud Pie might have a local name and an appeal that’s global. Delicious ganache and a chocolate-cookie crust make sure you’re in no shortage of chocolate.
