India

Chocolate mysore pak, anyone? The traditional royal dessert has quickly been adapted to a variety of flavours, including a chocolate Mysore Pak that you’ll find at most sweet shops. Like it or hate it, it’s here to stay.

Mexico

We can’t not mention the Mexican mole, of course (watch out for our own version). Chilli and chocolate sound like just the perfect contrast and the right kind of challenge to our tastebuds.
