Ever tried the crunchy, baked, not-so-guilty beetroot chips? Yes, these are real! And they are the buzz of 2016. These gorgeous bunch of fresh veggies like zucchini, carrots and beetroot are going to be your source of binge food and health doze too.

You can be as creative as you want with the choice of veggies. Renowned chef Jamie Oliver adds kale to give an extra oomph and a punch of nutrition to this. Whereas chef Rachel Ray adds yam and sweet potato to her version. This recipe is an easy 3-step one which is sure to drive you back to the kitchen for trying this out
1. Thinly slice your choice of veggies and season it with salt.
2. Let them blanch for 15 minutes and drain out the excess water.
3. Lay them on a baking tray and bake for good 20–25 minutes. (Until crisp)
