Be a CHEF for a Day!

Cooking with chocolate is one of easiest things there ever is. And why shouldn’t it be? You can dunk a strawberry in melted chocolate and voila! a quick and yummy treat is ready to be eaten. Or be it a scrumptious and devilishly decadent chocolate truffle cake that requires layers of gooey chocolate mousse (hence the time taken), but all the hard work is worth it when you dig in!

With the easy availability of exciting and new ingredients in our kitchen, we are constantly experimenting with new tastes, creating our own versions of exciting chocolate dishes that not only stand-out with unique combinations but also with novel flavours.

Flagging off the three-day Chocolate Festival, we are calling out all the chocolate lovers (and experts) to whip up their versions and adaptations of chocolate recipes (whether it is a dessert or a dish, all is welcome) and share it with us as we open doors of our kitchens for 3 lucky winners across Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi/NCR. All you have to do is submit YOUR OWN own recipe (with chocolate as the key ingredient) in the comments below or email it to us at marketing@freshmenu.com. Top 3 recipes (per location) will be given a chance to re-create the same in our very own kitchens and the one that makes the cut will subsequently feature on our menu with YOUR NAME on it!!!
