Straight from our kitchen, we have brought you a decadent and insanely delicious dessert called Choux Pastry.

Having its roots in France, this light, airy and crispy pastry is a perfect scrumptious delight this Summer. It is best eaten with a variety of fillings and sides like fruits, cream or melted chocolate. Profiteroles, eclairs and croquembouches are some of its classic variants. Not only is it yummy but is a hassle-free 4-ingredient recipe (water, flour, egg and butter).

Our version of this light treat is definitely the pick of this season. Chocolate and Blueberry Choux Bun is made with sinful white chocolate with a filling of vanilla custard, blue berry and white chocolate ganache. Dig in!
