Vindaloo is a famous Goan-Portuguese method of cooking where meat (or pork) is slow-marinated in a wine and garlic emulsion to soak the flavours all the way through so much so that the meat literally falls apart from its bones. Over the years, this little-known method has gained immense popularity in the global culinary world that it is rather difficult to say that this humble method originated from the Indian kitchen.

Our chefs at FreshMenu are always on top of world-food-trends and hence, we have brought this Goan-Portugese inspired dish on our menu today. It is made with a beautiful fusion of flavours that works wonders for all palates!

Traditionally, Chicken Vindaloo curry is served with sticky rice or just sautéed veggies, as the curry in itself is loaded with flavours it can compliment all accompaniments. Germany has picked up this dish and revamped it with a variety of spices and is available across a range of Indian restaurants. Interestingly, some foodies have also replaced this staple with pork and other meats which makes it oh so versatile.

Our version of Chicken Vindaloo Rice Bowl comes with boneless chicken (marinated in a traditional spice mix), slow cooked and layered with dry fruit pilaf for a typical Goan-Portuguese style of savory delicacy. Need we say more? Order-now!
