“FreshMenu really knows what sort of food will hit the mark, the technique and the style is top-notch, it is also one of the reasons why I have increased my benchmark in cooking as well,” quoted Nandini Pande, one of our ‘Chef for a Day’ winners. We held our second edition of “Be Chef for a Day” on the 15th of July, where the winners Suganya Lakshmi and Nandini Pande from Bangalore were all set to cook-up their winning dish in our kitchen.

Suganya made the delicious Stir Fry Chicken with Peppers and Cashews, as delicious as it sounds this dish won us over with the dash of soy and the ever so creamy cashews.

This dish was extremely bold and packed with exciting flavours like fresh ginger and spring onions. As she plated the dish all that ran in our minds was when will we dig in??

Next, exciting and literally bringing Summer to your plate is Nandhini’s Citrus Green Salad with one-of-a-kind orange-vinegar dressing. We love how fruits and veggies bring in the perfect melange of flavours!

We also had the entire FreshMenu staff at the kitchen intrigued and interested to know what are they cooking up! They also interacted with our winners and posed for commemorative photo.
