Taco Lasagna

Now this is an interesting blend of flavor and color with a Mexican spin. Taco shells are easily available and crowd many a foodies’ homes these days. Fill up the shells how you always do (with kidney beans, salsa, cheese or veggies), layer them in a tray with pasta sheets with generous amount of cheddar cheese and bake. Soul food we say!

Nacho Lasagna

Nachos is one of those food items that has universal fan following. In addition to vegetarians, even meat-lovers can’t resist this dose of finger-food-turned-into-meal dish. Just like the taco lasagna above, top nachos with the filling of your choice (we like salsa, cheese and a dash of olive oil) and lay it out on a baking tray with cheese atop. Just remember to make a lot of layers with pasta sheets as nachos are thin in texture compared to tacos and bake to desired perfection. Your guests will continue to rave about this final product, we are confident!
