Master of a Masterclass!
On April 16th, our Richmond Town kitchen was abuzz with excitement. No, it was not because of the usual weekend rush, it was because 45 l’il master-chefs had graced our kitchen to learn the art from our connoisseurs! Here’s a sneak peek for you from The FreshMenu Kid’s Masterclass.
Just before showtime, preparations under full swing!
Junior chefs all dressed up to hit the kitchen with aprons and hair nets, with the Masterchef himself-Chef Nabhojit.
Chef Nabhojit opening the event by sharing FreshMenu’s journey. Followed by Chef Cedric teaching them quick but tasty dips and Chef Jeethu taking them forward in the journey of decadent desserts.
Kids, not only experienced unique flavours but also got their hands dirty and prepared their own versions of sandwiches. Our fun-filled event was also attended by a few parents, who also showed their interest in cooking along with the kids. A little one also exclaimed “This is my first sandwich maa, look I can cook”.
Another kid showing off his little gourmet sandwich.
Our electrifying atmosphere reached another level when the kids were asked to make their own desserts in a jar. We were awestruck with the creativity and interest of kids in cooking as one of the parent stated, “Cooking is not just an art, but a genuine passion that is built in the early years of childhood”.
Our little chefs posing with their self-crafted dessert jars.
And to top it all, each child got a certificate for completing the class along with a bag full of FreshMenu special goodies!
“Good food is always easy to cook, unless it has too much salt or if it is burnt,” said Chef Nabhojit.
