Meet Aamchi Mumbai’s ‘Be Chef for a Day’ Winner!

After an enthusiastic and active participation from the Mumbaikars we are announcing our winner who not only won us over by her dish but the simplicity of ingredients as well. Meet Genevieve D’Souza who came to our kitchen in BKC on Saturday and created her winning dish — 2-way stuffed portobello mushrooms with a chunky herb tomato sauce.

She was super organised and had brought all the required ingredients in a set of boxes of all sizes. Don’t get intimidated with the number of boxes, this dish was totally worth all the effort!

Caramelized onions, garlic, chilli flakes and spinach having their final stir-fry! (YUM!)

Could easily pop one in!
