Sandwich (Veg)

Sandwich is king of fast-food — easy-to-make, easy-to-carry, healthy and so versatile that it blends well with number of flavours. Whether sweet (with jams and jellies), savoury fillings like peanut butter, pesto or even plain cheese-anything tastes better when stuffed in a sandwich with mild seasoning. On days when you feel too lazy to cook, you can always assemble a sandwich with handful of ingredients-even leftovers.

This Friday, since the weekend mood is already in the air, we have two unique and insanely delicious sandwiches on our menu called the Paneer Bhurji Sandwich and Cumin Chicken Sandwich. While you can always order these in from our menu today, but if you are in the mood to make your own version, we are here to help. Follow these easy steps and you will get a delicious, can’t-get-enough-of sandwich which you can keep improvising with fillings of your choice.

1) Take any bread which is available at home focaccia, baguette, flat bread or a classic sandwich bread and divide it into two equal halves.

2) Take the leftover dishes or potato wedges, grilled veggies, chicken or meat and stuff it between the two slices.

3) Layer cheese slices or a spread of mayo on the other bread.

4) Put the second bread on top and your sandwich is ready!

Don’t forget to share pictures or recipes of your own versions with us.
Tip: Toasting the bread gives an added crunch and texture to your sandwich.
