Pav Bhaji:

This delightful snack is prepared by half frying the bun (pav) in dollops of butter and is then served with thick vegetable curry made of mashed peas, potato, tomatoes, onions and green pepper.

Bombay Sandwich:

When it comes to food, India has its own version of many dishes from around the world. One of the most popular ones is the Bombay Sandwich. This snack is prepared by buttering the loaves of bread and then applying a generous amount of mint chutney to it. Between the bread, thin slices of tomato, beetroot, cucumbers, onion rings and wedged along with boiled potato. Pani Puri:

Available across the country but made famous on the streets of Mumbai, Pani Puri is known by different names in different parts of India. Known as Gol Gappa in Delhi, Puchka in West Bengal, Pani ki Patashe in Haryana, the Pani Puri is a snack enjoyed by people across different age groups. This simple dish consists of a light puri which is made hollow to stuff it with boiled potatoes and then dipped in tangy water made of tamarind, chillies and chat masala.
