Farfalle:
Also known as Bowtie pasta, this one can be paired with almost any type of sauce due to its ribbon like pleats. Enjoy this delicious pasta in pesto, creamy wine sauce or just four cheese for a much more sophisticated version of the mac & cheese.

Fusilli:
Paired best with thicker sauces, Fusillis spiral shaped pasta will grip the sauces well. Pair this pasta with bolognese or chunky tomato sauce for best dining experience. Fusilli is most commonly available in tri-color which will add to the presentation of the dish.

Spaghetti:
Most of us have had spaghetti with the classic meat ball sauce. But this is best enjoyed with oil-based sauces as it cannot cling onto any other sauce well. Smoother, oil-based sauces will help the pasta soak in the flavor. You can either keep the pasta simple with a toss of olive oil or be creative with kale pesto.
