Today the consumer wants to order in healthy food and what better than Healthy salads. Salads are not only a dieter’s delight as they are packed with crisp vegetables and no calorie overload. It is also the choice for those who like a healthy `working meal’ during the day or a light meal for dinner. However on the flip side by the time you have put down your spork (spoon & fork combined) your stomach is rumbling, Arrrrg!!
