With a huge culinary expedition and diverse inspirations from around the world, it is safe to say that Thai food is brilliant fusion of Chinese and Malaysian food to an extent. It is also one of the reasons why this local style of cooking is now a global phenomena. Be it a regular restaurant or a five-star Thai flavors do not contain much of a difference as their core ingredients which is dark soy, bok choy, garlic and ginger. They rely on fresh ingredients which is why most of their food is extremely bold and instant.

With a number of delicious Thai Yellow, Red and Green curries we wanted to present and indulge in something out of the ordinary. This delicious curry is Thai interpretation of a classic Persian curry. Traditionally, this curry is made with strong and pungent spices which are said to be consumed when one needs to celebrate. Though this fragrant curry is lost in the history of food revolution of cooking during festive meals, due to it’s intense and bold flavours it is soon to make a comeback.
