Soft, succulent crepes with gooey, melted chocolate is a perfect way to kick-start Monday. Who doesn’t love crepes? This French dish is made with the same batter as that of pancakes, but this is slightly runny and airy. We indulge in this with different seasonal and exotic fruit toppings and sauces or even the simplest of sugar sprinkles as well which makes it yummy in every bite.

There is no particular person we can credit for this classic treat which (according to the legend) was invented as a result of a mistake. A mistake mankind will be thankful to.

Keeping the idea of delicious crepes kept in mind many have implemented creative stuffing which is of minced meat, vegetables, cheese and Nutella as well. These silky smooth sheets complement any sweet or savoury taste, look at the world and their take as well.

  1. France: Home of delicious crepes. This classic is paired with delicious soft cream and chocolate, sprinkled with sugar crystals. Hungry already?
  2. Amsterdam: Why said crepes work best with sweet? Amsterdam has something even tangier to offer which is chicken teriyaki stuffing in soft crepes. Who would have thought that crepes can be wholesome too?
  3. Mexico: Hotcakes? Does this ring a bell? These delights are made with layers of crepes stuffed with exciting cream-cheese in the centre. Cake or crepes? Win, win all the way!

Our version of these delicious crepes are rolled over with a creamy mixture of zucchini, corn kernels and peppers and combined with an aromatic herb-flavoured chunky tomato sauce.
