Eating food is such a wonderful habit built in us. We begin and conclude our day with food. It is safe to say that food is religion on our country. But have your ever wondered if our food influenced our mood? Have you ever seen a person eating donuts for breakfast looking sad? Let’s not articulate this dilemma with donuts but probably with little more substantial examples.

It is safe to say when you do get a sugar rush train it is a chemical reaction that makes you either eat more or gives you the push to be invariably hyper. Dietary changes can bring about fluctuations in our brain structure (chemically and physiologically) which can lead to an altered behaviour. Study also says that people who indulge in a lot of spicy food tend to be hot-blooded, those who indulge in sweet bites are generally the ones that are happy and hyper and carb-intensified food person generally inclines to a very submissive nature.

The fun fact we came across was that the gut and the brain are in sync, so the ‘right food’ is not only beneficial to your body but also alters your brain activity in an entire feel-good system. We may miss our carbs and there are times we feed our hungry soul with these not-so-guilty-treats.

Today, we are giving you the perfect balance to your gut and brain with our specials. What’s more? We have a flat 10% off on all orders today. Use code FMTREAT10
