Open Door Policy

I don’t mind an open door.

I even work from an open table.

But I think you have to be an open door/open table kind of person to do that. And if you’re a company, you probably shouldn’t force the open door.

Because being able to shut the door, and have some quiet, can be a precious thing these days.

Maybe not for everyone, but certainly for some people.
