I tagged along on Mare’s work trip to Seattle this September. Wonderful to reconnect with college friends, make plenty of trips (3!) to 45th Stop n Shop for poke, and enjoy the hazy orange wildfire sky.

NYC Dyke March has to make the cut. Incredible to walk the streets surrounded by so many, you guessed it, fellow dykes!!!! Words can’t describe how it fills up my heart with joy and electricity.

Mare and I celebrated 3 years of dating this Spring! Very grateful to grow alongside such a bright, effusive and beautiful soul.

You can take a kid outta California, but the craving for salt, sand and sea never dies. Luckily, NYC beaches are just a 45 min train ride away from my apartment. I love getting to spend long summer days with friends there, after stopping at the bodega for plenty of chips and beer first, of course.

Zach visited for a week in May, my parents a week in April. Special to get to share my world with those who I love so dearly. Come visit me!
