· No medicine can beat food, and the best treatment against diseases is to treat yourself to good food all the time.

· When your heart is heavy, keep a light body

· Worry less, eat less and you’ll live more

· Your body is itself a fighter, feed it well and it will stand against any negative intruder

· Your body is a treasure throve, stop filling it with fast, cheap and fake

· Don’t punish your body because of a bad day, rather punish a bad day with a healthy meal.

· You only have one of you, so feed your body and soul with the best of food and energy

· In healthy eating, sometimes bitter is better and sweetness breeds illness

· Snack on fruits and veggies and you’ll come out like new buds in spring

· Your body deserves more than “anything goes” be selective about what you feed yourself with.
