EFFECTIVE June 1, 2024: SUBMISSION PERIOD IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED FOR THIS PUBLICATION

These updated guidelines for the Friends Reading Club are very simple and easy to follow.

They are designed, to work in harmony with the newly adjusted focus of the publication.

IT’S STILL ABOUT FRIENDS — IN A DIFFERENT WAY

The updated version of the publication is meant to be more inclusive, and yet, still focus on the “friend” aspect, though not necessarily “friends of Medium”.

• All writers, whether Friends of Medium or not, may request to write and submit stories.
• Stories can now be on any theme, and any length, BUT the story must be focused on giving a friendly lift to another writer’s story

This is how I plan to keep the “friend” theme alive for the publication, and at the same time, allow writers to provide promotional “shout outs” to their fellow members.
