Voices International Donation to Friendship Luxembourg
Friendship Luxembourg received a nice check worth 1.000 € from the choir Voices International.
Voices International (VI) is a choral group in Luxembourg open to all adults of all levels of musical training and knowledge who enjoy singing in a group and performing for audiences. All proceeds of the concerts of this international choir is donated to children’s charities.
Voices International has elected Friendship for this year’s Charity donation which resulted in an amount of 1.000€. Moreover, Voices International also introduced in a few words the work of Friendship to the wider audience at each concert. This donation will be more than welcome to support Friendship’s Education Program.
In addition to this nice donation, Voices International offered Friendship to run the bar during their last concert in Bertrange on Sunday 10 June 2018, with all benefits to be used to support Friendship’s Primary and Secondary Schools in Bangladesh.
Friends of Friendship, who were also prior singers in the choir, volunteered to serve during intermission and at the end of the concert, with success as more than 450€ were collected, on the top of the 1000€ already donated by the choir earlier in May.
