Learn to Work is a program we designed to help increase the availability of the kind of skilled worker today’s fast-paced business environment needs. It is part of Frintern’s Micro Incubation program.
It is designed to happen entirely online and run for 3 hours and you can attend for free from wherever you are.
After the program, you’ll have basic knowledge on Design Thinking and Agile Project Management.
In later versions of the Learn to Work program, we will include the rest of the courses available in the Micro Incubation program. These courses are:
- User Psychology,
- Behavioural Design, and
- Growth Hacking.
With this program we are looking to kill two birds with one stone; we aim to:
- reduce the skills gap, and
- increase the availability of locally relevant content.
And we want to do all this in a way that lets you partake with ease.
This is a mentor guided resource sharing program, where we share with you the best resources to learn certain skills in a workshop like setting. We go through the resources together, discuss them and apply them in a real-life context.
We created this program after studying various businesses, looking at what basic skills they used to create. We pulled out the most important skills and scoured the internet for the best resources on those skills. Now we are making them all available to you for free.
Why? Because we believe learning and working together as one is the key to making Nigeria (and soon Africa) a giant again.
