Diaries From Heaven I
Beyond sound, smell, touch & taste,
Beyond sight me you alluringly did capture,
As all the mundane resembled waste,
Beyond me boundaries that no bliss could rapture,
Beyond the suns,
These ardent stars;
Beyond the ones… to which I clutch so dear so dear,
Beyond my endless lurking fear,
Beyond the hundred aeons’ wars,
That left in me what’s left in me,
Beyond the chains I carry deep,
Beyond the locks & every key;
Beyond a road that’s none but steep,
Beyond those ripen feelings none can reap…
But you;
Beyond the words of Love & Love of words,
Beyond the conjured frets & invoked threats,
Beyond meanings as dainty as homecoming lords,
Beyond each mundane hill & lagging will
Beyond these myriad souls life may instill,
Beyond the reasons & the seasons& those moments I may seize,
Beyond the treasons of my kin, beyond each sin & each caprice,
Beyond the presence & the absence,
Beyond the logic & the nonsense,
In you the mundane starts to cease,
Beyond the iniquity of the antiquity,
Beyond the latent ambiguity,
Lain there thy sublime ubiquity,
& so the realms of thy utter visage…
Beyond the spirits of the ages,
Beyond the sages’ thousand pages,
Beyond the nameless fears
& whispers resonant in my ears,
Beyond the fabrics of every sage,
Beyond my soul’s own self-rampage,
You seize, conquer, & overrun me to purchase me back to you;
You seek, wander, & strive to prevail to surrender me to you.
