Security Privacy Track

This interactive session provides a hands on activity with teams working through cybersecurity attacks in the ACME Corporation.

Each team starts off with 50 points and checks to make sure all resource materials are ready.

The teams then select three members to play critical roles for tracking success in phases: Project Planning, Credibility Scoring and Resource Scoring the required expertise for participating in four game rounds.

There are four envelopes with cards labeled by round number to open. The team works together to identify which cards could potentially help during an attack. The card numbers are used to identify the cost of points for using it. Ultimately, if a team doesn’t choose the right cards to survive an attack during a round points are deducted.

The phase definitions are highlighted below.

Chance cards are picked randomly by a team member to increase or decrease creditability due to cyberattacks when a team doesn’t have adequate safety implemented.

Teamwork makes the dream of being prepared for cyberattacks work.

The key-takeaway from this session is realizing a cybersecurity strategy is important to protect the credibility and data integrity of a company.

Below are two concluding notes from the session presenters.
