Ever since we launched LBB, we’ve been all for gender inclusivity at the workplace (way before it was in trend) ’cause #EverydayIsWomensDay at LBB HQ 🔥

70% of our organisation is women and even 80% of our leadership team is women.

Not to brag, but that’s commendable in comparison to industry standards.

However, true gender equality in the workplace doesn’t just mean hiring more women across teams. It’s all about embracing the voices and ideas of your colleagues, regardless of gender, and incorporating those perspectives into the fabric of your company. It’s critical that we go beyond diversity to inclusivity to ensure that everyone not only has a seat at the table but also has a voice.

Over time, we’ve also observed that diversity of all types results in richer discussions, better product design and higher engagement. And the more our organisation represents the wider community, the better we can provide products and services that are relevant to our users.
