To make communication easier for merchants recommended on our platform, we recently launched ‘Enquiry’ as a feature! And the initial customer and merchant response has been fantastic.

Currently, ‘Enquiry’ as a service is available only in the home decor category, however, we will soon be expanding it to festive wear and travel! Brands like Cornucopia, Picket Fence and Lap & Dado have already been using this feature and taking up customer queries.

How Does It Work

As a merchant partner, you can sign up for ‘Enquiries’ as a service on the platform by signing up on this link. Once onboard, you will get access to your own merchant panel where you will be able to see the number of enquiries you’re getting. Moreover, you will also have direct access to customers’ contact details who wish to hear back from you. You can even reach out to your customer via Whatsapp!

How A Customer Sends An Enquiry

Step 1:

When customers land on a ‘Recommended’ post about your brand on LBB, the post directs them to the merchant’s page.

Step 2:

The customer can swipe through the brand’s catalogue, select a product and accordingly send a message for the enquiry by clicking on ‘Message’ tab.

Step 3:

After they choose the product they want to enquire about, the form below pops up. The customers can then accordingly fill up their details and a message will be sent to the merchant.
