Video as a medium has garnered a lot of steam in the past few years. From OTT platforms, TikTok and its clones, to YouTube (the OG of all things video), video is being used as a medium to not just be entertained, but also informed about new launches, products, brand offerings, and more.

At LBB, we’ve been incorporating videos in our on and off platform marketing and communication extensively, over the years. Our shop-able videos (an example here) on our app and web have been a big hit with our users!

Here are 5 new series and formats that you can find on LBB.

1. #YouGlowGirl

What would you prefer? To read a 300-word long product review or watch a 3-minute video instead? Product reviews (mostly skincare) are one of the most-watched videos on the internet. LBB’s beauty-experts Umang Vanshika and Nauheed Cyrusi features in our skincare series, and review all their favourite skincare products.

2. Easy Home Makeovers

Makeover shows have been a hit through the ages, and continue to dominate search and content trends even on platforms like YouTube. Through our Easy Home Makeover series, we’re tapping into millennials' desires to elevate their every day, through quick styling hacks. We also take this one step further and help people shop what they’re watching through our shoppable video feature.

3. LBB Store Tours

Window shopping now happens online first; and with customers becoming extremely cautious about when and why they step out, we’ve seen our partner brands want to showcase what’s in store, so customers are better informed about what they want to buy before they step out to make the purchase.

An example: AND partnered with LBB to introduce their new rECOgnise collection through a store walk-through video. The video showcases their new collection and all safety precautions that are taken at the store. Take a look.

4. Wine O’Clock

At LBB, we’re all about creating new and exciting ways for brands to talk to their potential customers in a contextual and integrated way. We partnered with Pernod Ricard and Jacob’s Creek by co-creating a series called Wine O’Clock- a short format video series, where every week, we drop an episode that demystifies the world of wines. From what to pair your merlot and sauvignon blanc with, to easy wine cocktails for your at-home scenes, this series covers it all.

5. LBB Happy Hours

Cocktails as a category has seen a huge and steady surge over the past few years: and LBB’s Happy Hours taps into this millennial-friendly trend… in an ASMR (another millennial favourite trend!) avatar. Through Happy Hours, you get to learn how to whip up a quick cocktail in the comfort of your home in, let’s just say, the calmest voice you’ve ever heard. Hit play, and you’ll see what we mean.
