There's no big life
I admire her optimism despite everything she went through. At 66 Mirjana Bobić Mojsilović lives her life to the fullest. She gave up a successful career in political journalism and began to write her first book in hard times. Now she is a best-selling author, a painter, and a poet with a big smile.
Until 31 she was a career woman married to an eminent doctor. Then life gave her a blow and Mirjana became a widow. Alone, amid hyperinflation and a civil war, she had to raise a one-year-old daughter all by herself.
But she didn't give up on her passion. Mrs. Bobić self-published and promoted her first novel driving across the country, with her little daughter and books in the car back seat.
And it worked. Thirty years later, she still earns from doing what she likes and people keenly listen to her interviews. I've jotted down her two pearls of wisdom for you to read.
