Olemme saaneet valmiiksi erittäin suuren päivityksen Talbitiin — nyt voit mallintaa organisaatiosi helposti tiimien avulla ja kutsua kaikki mukaan Talbit käyttäjiksi. Eikö olekin hienoa! Voit luoda tiimeille omat tavoitteet, joihin työntekijä linkittää omat tavoitteensa kehityspolkuaan luodessa. Pääset seuraamaan näiden tavotteiden valmistumista uudistetusta Dashboardista. Tämän lisäksi, päivitys sisältää mm. mahdollisuuden antaa henkilökohtaista palautetta anonyymisti, ilman, että he itse osaavat pyytää sitä sinulta sekä pienempiä bugikorjauksia ja parannuksia käyttökokemukseen.

We have just finished a huge major update to Talbit — now you can model your organization with the help of Teams and invite everyone to use Talbit! Isn’t that great! You can add team-level objectives, which the employee then links to personal goals. Follow the progress and completion of these objectives in the updated Dashboard. In addition to this, you can now give anonymous feedback to your colleagues. The release also has some bugfixes and minor improvements to user experience.
