With automatic booking turned on through your settings, Clara always books a room for you, leaving you to handle the more important details, whether that’s preparing for an on-site interview or finding more leads for sales calls.

If you prefer to only have Clara book rooms upon request, you can communicate this through email during a scheduling request on an as-needed basis.

Setting up conference room booking is just 3 easy steps:

1. Navigate to your dashboard to sync Clara with your Google Suite rooms. If you haven’t already, here’s a guide on how to setup your resources.
2. Indicate which rooms you would like to Clara to choose from when booking for a meeting.
3. Tell Clara the capacity of each, so Clara can intelligently book them on your behalf.
