Why I wrote a book about happiness? And what I discovered studying it.

I was sitting on my desk working on a case, and suddenly, out of nowhere, I had this epiphanic moment when I asked myself, what do I want out of this life? And I liked the most profound answer this time, not a superficial one. Brian Tracy mentioned the five whys method, so I decided to use it. Whichever solution came up, I asked myself why? So I started by I want to excel in my job; why? To get more money, why? To be happy. I asked what else? I answered, a good wife, why?

To share my life with someone, why? To be happy. I realized that everything that I want in my life, I just wanted to be satisfied.
Applying the concept of beginning with the end in mind, I decided to study happiness. I asked myself how I can be very at the pleasure I discovered. If you want to be good at anything, teach it. I decided to write a book about happiness.

The self-doubt begins, who am I to write a book? I do not know how to write. I don’t know how to write a book. I have done much research on writing until that one sentence that set me free “the best thing you can do to be a good writer is to write, write, write, and write.” I decided to start and to never think about publishing; I am going to write for myself.
