The Frontier today

Most of us likely share the same sort of idea of what a Frontier means, or at least used to mean.. the wild west! We get a flurry of images racing through our minds of cowboys trotting around on their noble steads and rustling up a herd of cattle, but what does the Frontier mean to us today?

For us at least, the Frontier means to be at the forefront of technology, innovation and future thinking, to battle it out on the digital field with the ultimate goal of improving our daily lives and discovering fresh and better ways to do old and tedious tasks. A good example of this is the upcoming Rockstar game Red Dead Redemption 2, while being set in the old west where the telegraph was top on the tech list, the game utilizes the latest technology and innovation in software development & graphics, potentially setting new standards in the gaming scene.

Whichever Frontier comes to mind for you, it is still the place where new ideas are discovered and moulded to make our future that little bit brighter.
