Welcome to the next edition of our Bulletin, a selection of the latest and greatest in Strategic Design, and beyond. In this episode, we present you carousels on the strategy of brands who have already entered the metaverse, this time the focus is on beverage and high street fashion brands. Take a look.

The metaverse is currently the hottest topic in business, with more and more brands wanting a slice of the cake. Each week, we examine an industry to present the biggest players who have already joined the hype.

First, we took a deep dive into how beverage brands are adapting to the web3 space. Positioning in the metaverse is quite challenging when what you offer is deeply connected to consumption. How can you deliver the experience of taste digitally? Check out the examples of Coca-Cola, Jägermeister, Heineken, and many more to learn how they have overcome this issue.

Secondly, we examined high street fashion brands following the success of our post on luxury fashion. What we can see is that participating in immersive experiences has more impact on consumers than owning NFTs of the brand compared to luxury fashion. As the brand on its own can provide less of a ‘status’ to NFT holders, additional benefits are expected and welcomed. For more insight, visit our post on LinkedIn where we listed eight use cases.
