Several studies have discovered that agile boosts company performance; however, you might not know that it also encourages diverse teams. The answer lies in the flexibility of the working environment agile ‘requires.’

Diversity is a common goal that all companies aspire for (or at least they should be), but ‘diversity programs’ — labeled as the solution — frequently fail. We listed five aspects, that businesses need to consider in order to implement diversity and inclusivity.
