Introducing Gabrielle Panaccio

Not only is Gabrielle Panaccio an excellent mixologist, she is also the co-owner of Le Lab Cocktail Bar in Montreal.

Gabrielle explains the struggles and trials she had to go through in order to assert herself in an older and mainly male-dominated field. This made her capable of owning her role as a manager and to be respected as a female all at once.

At the end of the day, every customer is a fresh and individual challenge. You gotta give it your all because “with every customer you have one chance.”
