Frst is a seed-stage VC firm focused on supporting a new generation of French entrepreneurs with global ambitions.
After putting into words what it means to receive a Term Sheet from us we wanted founders we engage with to have a perfect understanding of the terms we use.
By open-sourcing our Term Sheet we hope to relieve some of the anxiety this process generates for founders, and hopefully improve the level playing field for entrepreneurs raising money from other VCs 😉.
