Fuelet Product Update | Summer
To put it short: 10 great updates have been released by our team this summer. It’s certainly been a blast, even though the Fuel network is still in testnet and Fuelet Wallet is still in beta.
Let’s get a short dive into those updates!
50k installs and the App Store release
Boosted by the Early On Fuel campaign, installs of the Fuelet app have hit the next milestone! The Fuelet app has over 10k+ downloads in Google Play and App Store and 40k+ installs on Chrome. We also made our app public in the App Store! So far, it’s the first Fuel app that has been published there.
Сloud backup
This feature is the first level of the Seedless Account Security introduced by Fuelet Wallet. It allows you to save your seed phrase to iCloud for iOS and Google Drive for Android without typing it in manually. It also speeds up the process of creating a wallet to seconds!
You can find more information on iCloud Backup in this Fuelet Medium article.
NFT viewer
This is a very traditional and, indeed the basic feature for all the modern crypto wallets. Currently, Fuelet is the only wallet on Fuel that has implemented the NFT viewer into its app. What’s more — we integrated the Thunder NFT marketplace just right after they released their beta app, so, now you can buy NFTs with your Fuelet Chrome extension and observe them on the go in your mobile app.
Watchlist
That’s one of the must-have features for traders in crypto as well as people who are bothered by the security of their Fuel funds on other devices. The watchlist allows you to track any wallet on Fuel just by its address. You can add any alien wallets like, the wallet of the whale you’re trying to follow, or add your wallets that are located on your PC at home.
Improved transaction details screen
A more convenient and transparent way to check your transaction details just in one screen has been delivered to the Fuelet app on all platforms in June. You can check such things as the transaction number, the amount of tokens transferred, the gas fee amount, and the names of the tokens in which it was paid.
Educational banners
Are you new to Fuel? Or want to get more acquainted with the Account Abstraction principles and get to know how this technology operates? Before this update, you would have to go to the Fuelet Medium blog and search for a needed source.
However, now we provide you with direct access to the most important articles about Fuel and Fuelet directly from our app. We believe that the more information you have about those topics, the more educated you are, the better you are prepared for the mainnet in terms of security of your funds.
The dark mode on our site
Now you can comfortably scroll through our site at night! Or during the day. 73% of Fuelet users prefer the dark site mode to the light site mode, so, maybe, you can try it yourself and see what suits you more.
Visual improvements
As our main goal was to create the Web3 app that can conquer your favorite Web2 banking apps — so we’re constantly making the minor improvements to our interface the way that it could make your interactions with the app much better! If you have any suggestions on how we can make it even more convenient, please, let us know on Discord or Telegram!
..and more minor bug fixes!
During those 3 months we’ve launched the bugs report form and settled up the process of fixing those bugs — that’s how our app gets better thanks to the feedback from users everyday.
Summary
As you can see, this summer has been a lot of work! The fuel ecosystem is growing, and so do we. During these 3 months, we’ve significantly updated the Fuelet user experience, and we hope, you’re enjoying it. In case you have any further questions/suggestions or feedback on those updates, please contact us on Discord or Telegram.
Currently, our team is focused on implementing Fuel Beta-4 into the app and preparing the wallet for the mainnet launch. Also, we’ve started working on many more features like Hardware Signer, Customer Networks, Derivative accounts, Transactions list in a separate tab, and we’ll also improve managing tokens.
See you in the next updates!
