I’ve continued running around my home everyday since last month. The reason for that is my weight gain. My body weight has increased by 10kg compared to my weight when I was a high school student. I thought I had to lose weight, so I began to run. I run 1km everyday. I’ve already run more than ten times, but, when I measure my weight today, my weight had not gone down. Hmm… It’s difficult to shed weight quickly.
