Blog Service

Recently, I’ve been considering how I can improve my English. I think one of the way is to write a weblog in English. However, I didn’t know which blog service is the best for me. I had used wordpress before, but I resigned from it because of its cost. I know some other famous weblog services such as Blogger, Reddit, and Medium. But I am wondering which service I should use.
